I wanted to send this email to tell you how much my daughter and I enjoyed 'The Great North Road' Safari we have just completed. Everything was absolutely amazing, our guide Sam was fantastic and our group got to see everything we wanted - he truly went the extra mile, in fact he probably went an extra 100 mile haha. As a face to put to your company, I cant think of anyone better, he was very knowledgeable about everything; even astronomy along with that very friendly and funny. The crew where also really great, very friendly and saw to our every need, which considering where we were was pretty good. The Chef - well what can I say - he cooks better over the fire than I do in a modern kitchen - needless to say no one went hungry. The ponchos and hot water bottles, well whoever came up with that idea needs knighting - fantastic and I think our little group very smug when we passed other vehicles that only had lightweight blankets and their passengers shivering in the cold. No way was you getting us out of those ponchos. Very much appreciated. All the small details really add up - I'm so happy that this was the holiday we picked and both of us want to come back again. Thank you for such an amazing time - I will definitely be recommending you in the future.

We were on your safari from Kasane to Maun from May 13th to May 23rd and feel compelled to write to provide feed-back; it was an absolute stunner! I don't want to be too long-winded but the safari far exceeded our hopes and expectations in many respects; accommodation, meals, itinerary etc. but particularly in the quality of your staff and their dedication to making our safari so memorable. Although we didn't see a lot of Cindy and Goaba, they were always prompt, willing, courteous and full of laughter and fun. Mothomi's meals excelled. He amazed us in that he continually kept on coming up with a range of meals, the quality we didn't expect on a holiday like this one and all this always with a big, infectious smile! Mokoya never stopped trying to please us and was always great to have a chat with and nothing we asked for was ever too much trouble. To say our guide, tracker, the "King of Savute" excelled is an understatement! You probably already know it, but you have an extraordinary employee in Sam. He worked so hard to give us the best possible experience. He has a great manner about him; a beautiful mix of authority and fun. We were constantly amazed by his skills and knowledge. Over breakfast, he regularly predicted where the lions would be from the sounds he had heard through the night and/or from the tracks in the morning. When, on the first day we asked him the name of a bird we had spotted, not only did he give us its name and a detailed description but also told us which page of the bird guide book it was on. We thought that was a great trick until we realised over the next few days that it wasn't a trick; he knows the page number of every bird in the book! I'm a keen photographer and although this wasn't a dedicated photography safari, I found him to be very knowledgeable about composition and the importance of good light so he would often fine-tune where we were stopped to get the absolute best vantage point. I'm not going to go on but Sam was stunning. Yvonne and I will be back to have another safari with you and although you may well have other great guides, we would definitely want to book with Sam and his Team. Just by way of constructive input, I would request next time that you have a camera support mounted, even a basic pad to rest on, because a large camera and lens weighs a ton at the end of the day. To not have supports available is a short-coming. Congratulations on a great safari and please pass on our thanks and admiration to our Safari Team. Cheers

I just wanted to write to offer my thank you for a great safari my wife and I took a week ago through Okavango Expeditions. We did the Botswana Adventurer tour contracted with your company. I especially want to offer my praise for our safari crew, Morgan and Noga. They were both attentive, friendly, incredibly hard-working, and wonderful travel companions. We could not have asked for a better experience.

We have really appreciated the safari. The guides Alexis, Joe and T.H. were very competent and helpful. The organisation was perfect. This type of safari is to be recommended as it can be difficult driving in Botswana and this give more time to see the countryside and the animals.

Total immersion in the Botswana bush for 8 nights was a breathtaking experience, many lions almost every game drive and extraordinary scenes with python and licaons. The team including logistics is very friendly and efficient. Special mention to the French-speaking guide who does very well the job combining professionalism, dedication, desire to satisfy while remaining calm. Thank you!

Vehicle very comfortable with well stocked drinks fridge. Had the most incredible time – memories to last a lifetime. Thank you so much for sharing this most beautiful part of the world. We learnt so much and felt so well looked after and witnessed the most incredible moments.
